How it works

  • ✓ STEP 1:

    Within 24 hours of making payment, I will personally contact you via email to officially welcome you into the house. You will be sent a welcome pack + a questionnaire and the onboarding process begins.

  • ✓ STEP 2:

    Once you have completed your questionnaire, we lock in our strategy session date and I get to work on crafting your strategy.

  • ✓ STEP 3:

    A few days before our strategy session takes place, I will email you a copy so that you have time to take some notes, think of any questions you might like to ask and generally prepare for our session. Our strategy session can take place either in person (if you’re a Newcastle local) or via zoom.

  • ✓ STEP 4:

    After our session is complete and you have approved your strategy and content plan, I get to work on creating your content and drafting it for your review.

  • ✓ Step 5:

    Once you have reviewed your content and any revisions have been made, I schedule your content and we go LIVE.

  • ✓ Step 6:

    After 4 weeks of managing your FB + IG accounts, I conduct a thorough audit of your content and deliver an in-depth report for your review. I then complete a detailed handover plan so that you can continue to manage your social media with clarity and confidence.

In the event you wish to cancel your strategy session before any works have been completed, you will be refunded 50% of your purchase price and allocated a credit for the remaining 50% to use on other House of Marz services.

  • After payment has been made and after works have been completed on your strategy, 100% of your purchase price is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you wish to cancel your session prior to the date of your session, but after works have been completed, you will forfeit your purchase and no credits will be allocated for future services.
