WHAT HAPPENS AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE:

After payment has been made you will be contacted within 24 hours to welcome you into the House.

You will be sent a welcome pack + invited to fill in a questionnaire so I can get to know you and your business. Once I have received your completed questionnaire, I will get to work on your strategy and we will lock in a date for our session.

PAYMENT TERMS:

  • After payment has been made and until any works have been completed on your strategy, 50% of your full purchase price is NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event you wish to cancel your strategy session before any works have been completed, you will be refunded 50% of your purchase price and allocated a credit for the remaining 50% to use on other House of Marz services.

  • After payment has been made and after works have been completed on your strategy, 100% of your purchase price is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you wish to cancel your session prior to the date of your session, but after works have been completed, you will forfeit your purchase and no credits will be allocated for future services.
